Peraton is seeking a Service Desk Reporting Analyst to support their EITSI Service Desk and operations. The role involves developing, sustaining, and analyzing data from ServiceNow and AWS, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Setup queries and perform complex data analysis in support of customer requests.
  • Produce a variety of reports and deliver to clients in a professional manner.
  • Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and help maintain datasets.
  • Perform data mining on complex data and multiple data sources.
  • Deliver sophisticated analysis products with accurate and appropriate interpretation and thoughtful evaluation of data.
  • Work with customers to develop and understand product specifications.
  • Perform data analysis, operational assessments, detailing trends/opportunities, and provides recommendations to address concerns or improvement opportunities.

Requirements Summary
