NTT DATA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex ServiceNow implementations and deliver digital transformation solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation. Collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to security standards are key aspects of the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
- Required: CSA, CAD, at least 1 CIS-(any) certification
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
