We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead our clients' digital transformation journey with ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow knowledge, experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
- Exhibited interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and adeptness in handling cultural diversity.
- Strong background of ServiceNow knowledge
- Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture
- Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
- Two other ServiceNow disciplines (CIS in CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM etc.)
- ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation
- Involvement in environment and platform health support (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)
- Fluent in Dutch/French and a good knowledge of English
