The New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY) is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and the Source Procurement Operations (SPO) suite.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's SPO modules, especially Procurement module (PRs, POs), Vendor Management, Contract Management, Asset Procurement Lifecycle, and Invoice & Finance workflows
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
- Good to have knowledge of Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server
- Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, CSM, and cross-module relationships
