Orion Innovation is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer (CSM) to own and drive Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, independent development, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions. ServiceNow CSM certifications are highly desired.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3to 12 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in CSM modules.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow CSM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in mentorship or team leadership roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • ServiceNow CSM certifications are highly desirable.

Requirements Summary

3-12 years ServiceNow experience in CSM. Strong CSM configuration & integrations skills. Mentorship experience preferred. CSM certs a plus
