ServiceNow Developer

Concentrix is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with ServiceNow Health and Safety or Workplace Safety Module, knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, and ITOM frameworks, and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Direct experience with ServiceNow Health and Safety or Workplace Safety Module
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, and ITOM frameworks
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.
• Proactively monitor and tune system performance, optimizing complex queries, reports, and background scripts
• Experience with Source Control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and using Studio.CI/CD processes
• Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB), Mobile Studio, Applets, and setting up Offline Mode functionality
• Define and enforce platform architectural standards, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security best practices
• Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and provide guidance
