We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer Module Lead with a strong history of working in ITSM/ITOM using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with medium to complex ServiceNow development tasks, proficiency in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, and expertise in scripting languages and relational databases.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a strong history of working in ITSM/ITOM using ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience with medium to complex ServiceNow development tasks
- Ability to understand customer needs and work on various requests
- Proficiency in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management and monitoring tools
- Skilled in managing medium to complex workflows
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow instance upgrades and patches
- Expertise in scripting languages, including JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Strong background in working with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript, along with ServiceNow APIs
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders, manage new requirements, and provide solutions
- Portal & Mobile App Development: Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow portals to meet user needs and deliver efficient user experiences
- Experience in building, customizing, and enhancing mobile applications in ServiceNow, ensuring smooth functionality across devices
- Expertise in working with ServiceNow UI Builder to create modern, responsive, and engaging interfaces for portals and mobile apps
- Ability to work on ServiceNow Mobile Studio to create, deploy, and manage mobile applications that enhance the ServiceNow experience
- Knowledge of optimizing the user interface for mobile and portal solutions to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and user engagement
