ServiceNow Platform Developer - ServiceNow - PH PDC

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, leading platform configuration, engaging with clients and stakeholders, ensuring quality and governance, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires a strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow platform architecture, as well as experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent, and 2-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration across core applications (e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills
