This ServiceNow Technical Consultant role involves contributing to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, integrating with third-party tools, and resolving complex technical issues. The role requires maintaining technical documentation and collaboration with stakeholders. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with advanced ServiceNow modules (CSM, FSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, App Engine, Portal, SPM).

Requirements Summary

Experience with ServiceNow development/administration, proficiency in JavaScript & APIs, understanding of ITSM/ITIL. ServiceNow Admin certification is preferred
