We are seeking a ServiceNow Test Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications, particularly ITSM, cmdb, and catalog applications. The role involves developing test scripts, designing test plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure software quality. Strong testing methodologies and automation skills are essential.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
• Design comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
