Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to configure and implement Strategic Portfolio Management Pro, guide the IT Business Office, and provide expertise in ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher
- 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow with certified expertise in a large range of products
- Implementation experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)-formerly known as Hybrid Project Management
- Experience in creating new portfolios, programs, lenses, and roadmaps
- Experience in configuring views, reports, and dashboards - all related to portfolio and project metrics
