Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL
- 5+ years of experience with database tuning
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Server Management Studio
- 2+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting
- 3+ years of experience with SSRS
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI reporting
- 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow or another similar formal Service Management platform and/or methodology
- Experience supporting IT/OT systems like MES, SCADA, or similar applications within manufacturing environments
- Experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and production support
- Must demonstrate proficiency in documenting infrastructure, automation scripts, and system configurations to ensure clarity, maintainability, and operational continuity
