Sr. Program Manager / Strategy Lead, EWX Transformation

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, EWX Transformation to shape the future of employee experience at Adobe. In this high-visibility role, you'll join the Office of Transformation within the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) organization—a team of bold strategists, process/service designers, and change leaders passionate about solving complex challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy consulting or program leadership in global, matrixed organizations
• MBA preferred
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level HR or business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
• Expertise in HR strategy and operations, portfolio and change management, process optimization, and service delivery models
• Strong ability to influence through clear, evidence-based recommendations and investment plans
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills—able to simplify complexity and inspire action
• Product approach with experience applying agile methodologies
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI a plus
