Staff Employee Relations Advisor & Investigator

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff Employee Relations Advisor & Investigator to handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance. The role provides support for HR business partners and frontline managers through coaching and processes.

Requirements

• Conduct workplace investigations in alignment with global ER policies and procedures
• Respond to team member issues, grievances, and disputes
• Provide ER expertise, consultation, and market insights
• Advise People Organization partners, team members and business leadership and managers
• Plan, develop, and conduct relevant and effective leader training
• Plan, implement and oversee team member separations, severance and restructuring activities
• Utilize data analytics to generate insights from ER case data
