Systems Architect

TSI is seeking an Enterprise Systems Architect with expertise in ServiceNow deployment and management and ERP integration. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical leader, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems that enable operational efficiency and strategic business transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and developing on ServiceNow (ServiceNow Certified)
• SAP Certified with strong experience in ECC6 and S/4HANA migration, integration, and support
• Demonstrated experience in process workshopping, system design, development, testing, and CI/CD implementation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, finance, HR, sales, and marketing teams
• Proven experience integrating systems using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or ETL tools
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and enterprise service management frameworks
