Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technology Enablement & Adoption to design, launch, and lead a new program from the ground up. This individual will build and manage a team that drives technology engagement, learning, and adoption across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Design and establish the Technology Enablement & Adoption (TEA) program
- Strategic partner with IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and Business Unit leaders
- Define frameworks for measuring adoption, user satisfaction, and value realization
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of enablement professionals
- Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented culture
- Drive adoption of enterprise technology platforms
- Create and manage targeted communication and learning programs
- Cultivate a community network
- Create and facilitate organizational Hackathons
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- Partner with Corporate Communications
- Serve as a visible advocate and champion for digital enablement
- Establish feedback mechanisms to capture user experience and adoption insights
- Leverage data to continuously optimize enablement strategies
- Establish feedback loops and analytics to measure adoption effectiveness
- Report progress through dashboards and scorecards
