VP, Project Delivery

We're looking for a VP, Project Delivery to own day-to-day platform operations for IFS Cloud, OSCA, and ServiceNow, ensuring stable services, predictable throughput, and continuous improvement. The role will involve running a unified BAU backlog and intake, capacity planning, release/change management, and incident/problem management. The ideal candidate will have deep experience running BAU/platform operations at scale, strong capacity planning and agile delivery skills, and a solid grasp of integration patterns, data flows, security, compliance, and observability.
