Intermediate Specialist, IT Logistics, responsible for managing logistics of incoming and outgoing IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, receiving, and dispatching per company policies and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Execute shipping process for IT equipment, ensuring timely dispatch according to organizational schedules.
  • Properly pack equipment for shipping or storage to prevent damage and maintain functionality.
  • Respond to and manage service requests related to IT logistics, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Receive IT equipment, verifying quantities and quality, and documenting any discrepancies.
  • Effectively communicate with warehouse personnel and loading individuals to coordinate and streamline operations.
  • Efficiently remove and decommission equipment post-use, adhering to company protocols for data security and hardware management.
  • Maintain proficiency in the systems used by the warehouse provider to enhance operational efficiency and integration.
