The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing the logistics of incoming and outgoing IT assets, ensuring timely dispatch and adherence to compliance standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring the IT department operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Execute shipping process for IT equipment
- Properly pack equipment for shipping or storage
- Respond to and manage service requests related to IT logistics
- Receive IT equipment, verifying quantities and quality
- Effectively communicate with warehouse personnel and loading individuals
- Efficiently remove and decommission equipment post-use
- Maintain proficiency in the systems used by the warehouse provider
