Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITAM processes, customizations, and best practices
• Ability to build or modify scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or other languages
• Experience building new integrations with Integration Hub
• REST API experience or Scripted Web Services
• Advanced English Level
