This contract is for a 20-hour per week, 100-hour-a-month assignment focused on ServiceNow to build a unified and integrated Network. The role involves the instantiation of a Governance & Management structure within the NATO network, focusing on IT service changes and aligning them to strategic objectives. The project utilizes the Service Management Platform (MSP) to deliver and consume C3 services.
Requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise to support the instantiation of a Governance & Management Support Structure.
- Manage change management for 32 NATO Nations.
- Provide status reports for implemented IT service changes.
- Drive change management adoption.
Requirements Summary
5+ years IT/ITSM experience. Security clearance required - NATO SECRET. Experience managing change in a military environment is essential
