The Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and unit test ServiceNow Catalog Items automation and integration solutions. This role involves working with Business Analysts and SMEs to analyze requirements and providing production support for ServiceNow modules like Catalog Items. The developer will contribute to the development of ServiceNow platform architecture and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
- Create and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze impact, and configure ServiceNow.
- Develop technical design documents and coordinate testing.
- Translate technical complexities into simple terms for project stakeholders.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and contribute to development efforts.
- Participate in agile-based work intake and output delivery.
- Must be willing to work night shift.
Requirements Summary
3-5 yrs ServiceNow experience; JS, HTML/CSS, REST. Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform and related technologies. Must be willing to work night shift
