As a 2nd line ICT support engineer at a leading supermarket chain in Europe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and supporting colleagues with IT-related questions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a complex ICT environment
  • Proficient in English, and knowledge of German is a plus
  • Experience with ITIL and ITIL processes, Scrum / Agile, Microsoft Windows 10 clients, Windows server 2012/2016, Microsoft 365 fundamentals, Azure, Office 365, Outlook, SQL Developer, Mac OS systems, Citrix, System Center Configuration Manager, Ivanti is a plus
