The Access Management Administrator assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware procurement and system access provisioning. They will act as a liaison between users and IT, resolving requests and ensuring timely resolution. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and the ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building relationships within IT and business partners
- Proven ability to identify, collect and analyze data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior ServiceNow ITSM tool experience (preferred)
- Understanding of critical systems and level one support
