The Access Management Analyst provides support to user access within Military Health System (MHS) applications like AHLTA and CHCS, ensuring appropriate levels of access based on document submission and approval. They will interface with customers, government agencies, and internal teams to investigate access issues, manage requests through ServiceNow, and ensure compliance. This role is integral to maintaining the security and integrity of the systems.
Requirements
- Requires High School level plus some advanced training.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust).
