Gainwell is seeking an Account Operations Manager to serve as the strategic link between IT and clients. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with SLAs, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and technical insight. This position involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, resolving service issues, and driving performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a technical support role (service desk preferred)
  • Experience with the ServiceNow system required
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification required
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare or Medicaid space required
  • Understanding of computer hardware, software, networking concepts, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) required
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Minimum 24 Mbps download/8 MBS upload speed required for Broadband Internet
  • Video cameras required for interviews and orientation

Requirements Summary
