ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Leader (GPL) to join their Global Partners and Channels organization. This high-profile role will drive new sales revenue with a partner Genpact, leading a team across AMS, EMEA, and APAC markets. The GPL will focus on enabling and accelerating Growth, aligning solutions with partner needs, and building the ServiceNow practice. This role requires a highly motivated leader with strong sales and communication skills, eager to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding company.
Requirements
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis
- Align offerings and solutions with regional GTM and interlock with global GTM plans
- Educate Field AEs on differentiation of partnership so they can provide more informed decisions to customers
- Qualify, develop, and execute new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Conduct in-depth research of Genpact’s needs, business conditions, and drivers in Global Markets
- Support Prospect qualification, development & execution of new sales opportunities across various RTM
- Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
