Admin Officer (AU Retail) responsible for processing IT invoices, expense reports, and job sheets, retrieving and reviewing customer requirements, and supporting IT and business teams.

Requirements

  • College Graduate (Preferred fields: IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or related)
  • Demonstrated experience working with accounts or finance teams is highly regarded
  • Experience processing invoices, tracking payments, and handling account reconciliations
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experienced in documentation management and maintaining process flows
  • Previous use of ticketing/CRM systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, or equivalent
  • Experience with SaaS applications and cloud-based subscription management (user administration, license tracking, support escalation)
