Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering and product management, ideally in infrastructure or platform teams
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach to platform development
• Experience creating product roadmaps and managing product backlogs
• Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using metrics to evaluate platform performance
