The Advisor Information Systems Architect - Service Now is a senior-level technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. This role owns the architectural integrity of the platform, with a strong focus on integrations, CMDB alignment, and platform scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years supporting ITSM processes.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and discovery tools.
- 3+ years designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools.
- 3+ years working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
