The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, upgrading, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the security compliance of various DNA Data Center products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
- 10-12 years of experience in data center operations and product configuration
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Knowledge of data security standards and encryption practices
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Sound knowledge and practical approach towards ITIL concepts, especially, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with next level teams and clients, solve major issues
- Experience working in the financial industry would be a benefit
- Automation and scripting proficiency (scheduled jobs, Splunk, Python, Selenium)
- Flexible to work in shift or weekend on business demand
- Experience in Site Reliability
