As a Presales Solution Consultant, you will drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation with our Enterprise customers in the region. You will consult with customers to understand their business needs and pain points, and evangelize the business value of solution development on the Now Platform. You will also facilitate and lead workshops for customers focusing on innovation, ideation, co-creation, development, and validation of solutions on the Now Platform.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Proven experience (c. 8+ years) as a presales solution consultant
- Experience architecting and delivering complex cloud-based platform solutions
- Experience facilitating client-facing workshops to successfully progress initiatives into the next phase of their lifecycle
- Deep knowledge of low-code, RPA, business process automation or API management
- Ability to work within, and lead, a multi-discipline team focused on delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
- Experience in third party integrations using web services, JDBC, file-based parsers, and basic comprehension of SQL and database concepts
- Ability to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training
- Strong enablement skills, including coaching and mentoring for technical roles
- Executive level presence and experience presenting to executive-level audiences
- Understanding of selling through partners
- Extensive travel across the region including to KSA
- Fluency in English and Arabic essential
