ServiceNow is seeking a highly experienced Advisory Solution Consultant to accelerate U.S. revenue growth through sales of CRM, CPQ, and digital commerce solutions. This role involves technical consulting, strategic planning, and collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to drive customer success and high-impact engagements. The ideal candidate is a senior-level technical expert with deep CRM and CPQ expertise.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role
  • Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies, ideally across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies
  • Proven experience conducting technical discovery sessions and designing customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
  • Ability to think strategically and operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
