ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to drive revenue growth within Retail and Hospitality businesses. This role involves leading and partnering across a broad deal team, developing and presenting industry-specific solutions, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• Leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 7+ years of solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency in leading SaaS solutioning and sales in enterprise accounts.
• Experience working in a team-based, hyper-growth environment.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform a plus.
