As a member of our Enterprise Manufacturing Solution Consulting team, you will help customers reimagine work experiences through ServiceNow’s AI + Data + Workflow Platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Presales, or UX-driven Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience selling into and/or working with Manufacturing industry a strong preference
- Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Conversational UX design.
