Advisory Solution Consultant - Manufacturing

As a member of our Enterprise Manufacturing Solution Consulting team, you will help customers reimagine work experiences through ServiceNow's AI + Data + Workflow Platform. This role sits at the intersection of experience design, AI enablement, and business transformation, empowering customers to unlock value from generative AI, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration across IT, Employee, and Customer experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Presales, or UX-driven Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Experience selling into and/or working with Manufacturing industry a strong preference
• Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Conversational UX design
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, ITSM/CSM/HRSD processes, and data integration principles
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and App Engine Studio is a plus
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
