ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to drive revenue growth through CRM, CPQ, and digital commerce solutions. This role involves technical consulting, strategic advising, and collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to create customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and business insight.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role
  • Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies, ideally Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies
  • Proven experience conducting technical discovery sessions and designing customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to think strategically and operate independently
  • Confidence in engaging executive-level stakeholders
