As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting Employee Experience. You will guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Proven Pre-Sales skills: excellent communication skills in writing, speaking and presenting
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (SaaS experience is preferable) and/or ERP Service Delivery and/or General Shared Service related skills
