The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory specific to a particular industry vertical, i.e US Public Sector – Federal, State & Local Government, Higher Ed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, 2 of which must be directly with the ServiceNow ITAM product suite
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including technical and business concepts associated with optimizing/streamlining costs
- Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with personnel at the staff through C-level (at customer accounts as well as with individuals within the ServiceNow ecosystem)
- Strong presales experience and mastery of the sales process OR strong ServiceNow implementation experience (as an implementation partner / vendor or customer)
- Experience working with or in Federal or State & Local Government / Higher Education
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
