This role focuses on designing, configuring, and providing customer support for AI-powered contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong customer communication skills and experience with AI technologies.
Requirements
- Engage with customers to understand their problems.
- Design and configure solutions on the Five9 platform.
- Provide configuration advice and problem resolution.
- Consulting engagements.
- Handle pre-sales Statement of Work requests.

Requirements Summary
