AI & Automation Engineer

The Weather Company is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to join their growing team. This role will focus on driving the company’s AI initiative, automating and optimizing key workflows across Salesforce and connected applications, enabling intelligent operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support functions. The ideal candidate will leverage artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in or integrating with Salesforce
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using AI/ML libraries
• Working knowledge of CRM data models, data quality best practices, and reporting frameworks
• Experience with AI and machine learning techniques
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Ability to manage and deliver projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
