This is a hybrid role involving operational support, AI infrastructure management, scripting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on mitigating AI infrastructure problems, ensuring platform stability, and automating workflows.

Requirements

• Provide operational support and issue resolution for AI infrastructure.
• Manage AI deployments and monitor workloads on distributed systems using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation using Python and Shell scripting.
• Extensively use infrastructure ticketing systems like JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and be versed in DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot networking and storage-related issues.
• Assist with documenting infrastructure processes.
• Participate in periodic on-call rotations.
• Willingness to participate in weekend or after-hours support rotations
