AI Infrastructure Support Engineer (Kubernetes & Docker)

BNY is seeking a future team member for their AIHUB team, joining the AI Infrastructure Support Engineer role. This role involves operational support for AI infrastructure and platform services, managing deployments, and developing automation scripts using Python and Docker. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and DevOps practices like CI/CD and secure access control is also expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
• 6-8 years of application or infrastructure related experience
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or site reliability
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, HELM, and GitLab CI/CD
• Proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Azure AD
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills
