AI / Machine Learning Engineer

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. The role involves working across data, engineering, and product teams to operationalize machine learning models and generative-AI tools that drive business results. This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

• Build, train, and deploy ML and GenAI models using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Implement cloud-based solutions in AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI
• Develop automated MLOps pipelines (Docker / Kubernetes / MLflow)
• Integrate AI into enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Workday
• Monitor model performance, compliance, and governance standards (SOC 2, NIST)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
