AI / Machine Learning Engineer

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. The role involves working across data, engineering, and product teams to operationalize machine-learning models and generative-AI tools to drive business results. Candidates will develop automated MLOps pipelines and integrate AI into enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Build, train, and deploy ML and GenAI models
• Implement cloud-based solutions in AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI
• Develop automated MLOps pipelines (Docker / Kubernetes / MLflow)
• Integrate AI into enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday)
• Monitor model performance and governance standards
