PAN is seeking a Senior IT Governance Analyst to lead technical and managerial bridges during critical incidents, ensuring clear communication and improving operational processes. Requirements
- Experience in managing critical incidents and complex environments
- Practical knowledge of ITIL, especially in the Gerenciamento of Incidents and Problems process
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Education in a technology field
- Knowledge/Experience in Dynatrace, Datadog; Knowledge of other ITIL disciplines such as Problem Management, Change Management and Service Level Management
- Participation in audit or compliance projects
- Experience with process and risk management tools
- Certifications in COBIT, ITIL, or similar
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or Jira
