PAN is seeking a Senior IT Governance Analyst to lead technical and managerial bridges during critical incidents, ensuring clear communication and improving operational processes. The role requires a blend of incident management, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication skills, aiming to transform lives and improve financial lives through a knowledge-driven approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing critical incidents and complex environments
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL, especially in the Gerenciamento of Incidents and Problems process
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Education in a technology field
  • Knowledge/Experience in Dynatrace, Datadog; Knowledge of other ITIL disciplines such as Problem Management, Change Management and Service Level Management
  • Participation in audit or compliance projects
  • Experience with process and risk management tools
  • Certifications in COBIT, ITIL, or similar
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or Jira

Requirements Summary
