Sysco LABS is hiring an Analyst - IT Service Management to provide technical support services for various systems and platforms used by Sysco Corporation across the US, Canada, and Europe. The role involves performing proactive and reactive problem management operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading problem management calls. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in technical support/systems administration, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of IT Service Management practices and tools such as ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support/systems administration
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management practices and working experience in tools such as ServiceNow
  • DevOps knowledge
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Technical knowledge and experience on working with: Windows/Linux environments, SQL, Active Directory, Scripting, etc., Network troubleshooting knowledge including LAN/WAN, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Routing, and AWS/Azure
