The Analyst, IT People Systems role involves maintaining and ensuring effective management of Workday modules, troubleshooting administrative and user technical issues, and ensuring data accuracy for the business to report on compliance and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 24 months of experience in the job offered or in an Analyst, IT People Systems-related occupation
• Researching and finding a solution for Workday system configuration errors
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Workday Core HCM
• Providing system support including troubleshooting, system maintenance and aiding Level 1 and Level 2 support teams with SLAs
• Collecting and documenting functional and system requirements
• Testing Workday system releases, system configuration bug fixes and system enhancements
• Supporting HR initiatives that impact global teams
• Case management tools including ServiceNow
