Analyst Programmer (User Support), The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong

The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong (CMHHK) is seeking a skilled Analyst Programmer (User Support) to provide technical support to end-users. The CMHHK aims to offer comprehensive CM care, ranging from primary, secondary to tertiary services and research. Candidates will be offered fixed-term contracts with potential for later direct appointments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• At least 6 years of IT systems support experience
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Experience in service request, problem, and incident management using an ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, redmine, GLPI)
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, hardware, productivity tools, and networking principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
