Analyst, Retirement - Loveland, CO

Nutrien is seeking a full-time Analyst to manage their Canadian Retirement and Savings Plans. This role involves administrative tasks, compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees in accessing information about retirement plans. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing complex issues. This is an on-site position reporting to the Benefits Administration Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, or equivalent experience and certification.
• 5+ years pension plan experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian/US pension and savings plans.
• Experience with Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at intermediate level.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
