This role involves administrative tasks, compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees in accessing information about retirement plans. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing complex issues. This is an on-site position reporting to the Benefits Administration Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, or equivalent experience and certification.
- 5+ years pension plan experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian/US pension and savings plans.
- Experience with Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at intermediate level.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
